Terms of service

Please check all products BEFORE leaving the pickup facility as any issues, perishability or concerns will not be valid once the product leaves the facility.  Any issues with product quality MUST be addressed before leaving the pickup facility.  Storage of products should be between 2-5 degrees Celsius (DO NOT store in a regular home refrigerator that has a tendency to freeze).  Products are use at your own risk, BulkBunches.com will not be responsible for the products quality of life once it leaves the pickup facility.  Refunds will not be issued once you leave the pickup facility.

Garlands and arrangements are to be picked up the same day of use.  

Any flower that becomes unavailable will be substituted with another flower or equal or greater value or will be refunded.

Please be mindful that these are a natural product and due to unforeseen circumstances do become unavailable at times.  We do not have control over Mother Nature.  In the event something becomes unavailable we will do our very best to supply a similar substitute.
